AREAS OF INTEREST

Reasons people
explore neurofeedback.

Your reason for asking matters. These are starting points for a conversation, not a list of conditions we treat.

Stress and anxious feelings

People may want to explore how they respond to everyday demands or how they settle after a busy day. A consultation can focus on those wellness goals without promising relief from an anxiety disorder.

Attention and focus

Discuss the situations in which concentration feels difficult and the daily routines that surround them. Training is not a guarantee of improved attention, grades, or work performance.

ADD/ADHD-related concerns

A person with ADHD may have questions about brain training as an additional wellness option. Neurofeedback is not presented here as a cure or substitute for evidence-based licensed care. Keep diagnosis, medication, and treatment decisions with qualified professionals.

Trauma-related stress and PTSD

A supportive conversation can acknowledge goals around steadiness and self-regulation. This practice does not provide trauma therapy or treat PTSD. Work with a qualified mental-health professional for assessment and trauma-related care.

Low mood and emotional wellness

Some people are interested in understanding their daily rhythms and responses. Persistent low mood or possible depression deserves attention from a licensed professional. Brain training is not a replacement for that care.

Autism-related self-regulation goals

Families may wish to discuss comfort, routines, and individual self-regulation goals. Autism is not something this practice claims to cure. Respect for the individual and coordination with qualified professionals are central to any discussion of additional support.

Sleep optimization

Rest-related wellness goals can be discussed alongside everyday sleep habits. Persistent insomnia, breathing concerns during sleep, or marked daytime sleepiness should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

Cognitive concerns

People may have questions about clarity or everyday cognitive performance. New, worsening, or unexplained memory or thinking changes need medical evaluation. This service does not diagnose or treat cognitive disorders.

Peak performance

Athletes, creatives, professionals, and others may explore self-regulation as part of a broader routine. Training does not promise better scores, faster performance, or a competitive advantage.

Focus and mental clarity

A consultation can help define a practical, personal goal and discuss how it will be observed. What “clarity” means differs from person to person, and individual experiences vary.

Keep the right care in place

Medical and diagnostic terms on this page acknowledge questions visitors may bring. They do not mean that this practice diagnoses, treats, prevents, or cures those conditions.

If you have ADHD, autism, depression, PTSD, or another diagnosed condition, work with your qualified healthcare professionals when considering additional wellness services. Continue recommended care and never change medication without your prescriber’s guidance.
